    Participation is open to all H Rewards members who are 18 years of age or older and have received the email regarding the event on May 19, 2023.

    The allocation of packages will be based on the order of requests received via the email address reservations@bad-homburg.steigenberger.de and is subject to availability. To register, please send an email to reservations@bad-homburg.steigenberger.de. The registration period starts on May 16, 2023, and ends on June 11, 2023, at 23:59 (UTC).

    By submitting the registration, the member agrees that, in the event of a booking, the points will be deducted from their membership account.

    The package cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold to third parties. In order to send you the registration for Bad Homburg Open by email, we process the following personal data of the participants. This information is required for the booking process and will not be stored:

    • First and last name
    • H Rewards membership number
    • Phone number
    • Date of birth
    • Email address
    • Desired VIP Package
    • Accompanying person (Yes/No)
    • Additional night (Yes/No)

    The reward points redeemed for the purchase of this package cannot be refunded in case of cancellation by the member. This offer is non-transferable and non-refundable. There will be no financial refund in case the member does not avail of the package.

    The purchase of this package does not entitle you to collect H Rewards loyalty points, qualifying nights, or eligible revenue, as reward points have been redeemed for it.

    The current Covid measures apply at the event venue. Any violation of these rules by the member that restricts access is solely the member's responsibility, and Bad Homburg Open tickets will not be refunded.

    In the event that images are captured by video, photo, and digital cameras, the member agrees that the content may be used exclusively for the purposes of advertising material and publications, and waives any compensation or ownership rights to it.
