Our signature cocktails are newly reinterpreted versions of classic Steigenberger recipes. Originally created by our own bar chefs, they tell more than 90 years of Steigenberger history.

Chez Heinz – Frankfurter Hof 1953 Apple wine, apple-infused vodka, curaçao, lemon bitters

For over 30 years, our bar chef at the Frankfurter Hof delighted guests in the Autorenbar. Then as now, it was en vogue to enjoy cocktails “Chez Heinz.”

Etoile – Parkhotel Düsseldorf 1957 Amer Picon, rum, lemon juice, red berry purée

At the Etoile Bar — the evening meeting place — our bar chef served exciting creations to guests such as Christian Dior and Louis Armstrong.

Old Joe – Ritters Park Hotel Bad Homburg, 1963 Tanqueray Ten gin, Cointreau, orange juice, orange bitters, Champagne

In our Steigenberger hotels, we not only welcome long-standing guests — we also value our loyal, long-serving team members. Our bar chef served in Steigenberger properties both before and after the war, looking back on more than 40 years of hospitality experience.

Little Pilot – Frankfurt Airport 1987 Grenadine, Sprite, ginger beer

This non-alcoholic cocktail was served to our youngest guests at the reopening of the Frankfurt Airport Bar. The Steigenberger company was a pioneer in airport gastronomy and, in 1969, operated Europe’s only airport hotel.
