Our hotel expects guests, residents and staff to treat each other with respect.
We reserve the right to exercise our right of owner in the event of non-observance of the night's rest or disrespectful treatment of other guests, employees or third parties.
Persons not booked at the hotel are only permitted to enter the rooms after prior notification or approval from reception. The hotel may refuse access. Persons not booked at the hotel are not permitted to stay between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

If a violation is detected, any resulting costs will be charged to the person responsible.
If a fire alarm is triggered by unauthorized smoking or the smoke detectors have been deliberately tampered with, the hotel accepts no liability.
Any resulting cost for the fire department or other security services are to be paid directly by the party responsible.
