Our menus are built on seasonality and innovation, turning nostalgic flavors into something entirely new. We only use top-quality German ingredients from local suppliers that we trust, prepared with unique cooking methods. The results are globally inspired, yet inherently North German dishes. We change our menus regularly but our food values remain the same. You can expect to find a range of delicious meat options - from beautiful marbled steak to our traditional “Pannfish” - as well as sustainably sourced fish and seafood, exciting vegetarian dishes and seasonally inspired desserts. Our head chef and his team is making magic in the kitchen with beautiful seasonal and locally sourced produce.
