CONDITIONS FOR THE REDEMPTION OF VOUCHERS

Vouchers purchased in 2025 are valid until 31.12.2028. Please note that vouchers for hotel reservations with advance payment can only be redeemed by email at service@hrewards.com (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 8 pm, Saturdays & public holidays, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm). Hotel reservations with payment on site can be paid for conveniently at the hotel using the vouchers, please hand in the original voucher. In the case of partial redemption, you will of course receive a residual value voucher. This voucher promotion does not apply to individual hotel vouchers. Vouchers can be redeemed in all participating hotels of Steigenberger Icons, Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts, IntercityHotels, Jaz in the City and MAXX Hotels. A detailed list can be found at here.
