How and where can the vouchers be redeemed?

Accepted Answer

The vouchers are accepted as a means of payment in the hotel. You can redeem them in full or in part at reception or in the restaurant. If you would like to pay for a booking in advance using a voucher, please contact our Central Reservation Service on 069 665 64460 or touristikservice@int.hworld.com.

Vouchers cannot be used for bookings made via third-party providers.

Vouchers can be redeemed in all participating hotels of the Steigenberger Icon, Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts, MAXX Hotels, Jaz in the City and IntercityHotel brands. You can find a detailed list at here.

If you would like a voucher for a specific hotel, then choose one of our individual hotel vouchers. This voucher can only be redeemed in the respective hotel for the listed service.
