If a violation of the smoking ban is detected by the hotel, any resulting costs will be charged to the person responsible.
If a fire alarm is triggered by unauthorized smoking or the smoke detectors have been deliberately tampered with, the hotel accepts no liability.
The resulting costs for the deployment of the fire department or other security services are to be paid by the perpetrator directly on site.
