Turn up the volume and work on your latest symphony in our meeting rooms. Either in our meeting rooms in "The Base" or in our exclusive boardrooms on the 6th floor.

**The Base
Some of the meeting rooms are modeled on the ceremonial and assembly rooms of the indigenous peoples of North America - so-called Kivas - and are perfect for focused meetings without the risk of distraction. In the foyer in front, participants can refresh themselves with a coffee break and business lunch.

Executive Board Rooms
Two boardrooms with private terrace, fridge, coffee machine, plug & play presentation infrastructure including 65-inch screen and high-speedWiFi provide an exclusive setting for important business meetings or private dinners on a smaller scale. Boardroom package including unlimited drinks, roll-in business lunch is available from EUR 725 "all-in".

Get Togethers & Dinner Events
Plug & Play is also our motto when it comes to hosting dinners and cocktails. At Rhythms Bar & Kitchen you choose the form of your dinner as you wish: as a served menu, as a buffet or as a stand-up dinner. Do you want the whole thing to have the character of an event or party? No problem - a professional DJ deck, sound and lighting infrastructure are permanently installed.

Or would you like to offer your guests a little more spectacle? Then the Wolfram Bar & Terrace with its large roof terrace is your choice for after-dinner drinks during the warmer months (exclusive booking for the whole evening possible on request).

Room rental for the main event room (i1)

i1) Conference packages apply from 10 people. All prices are valid for the group size offered and the period mentioned. We reserve the right to change prices if the number of rooms, the number of conference guests or the travel period is reduced.

i2) The 2nd coffee break is not included in the half-day conference package.

i3) 3 business lunches: up to 20 people, we offer a 3-course menu with a choice of 2 main courses. From 20 persons we prepare a buffet with different main courses.

The package price is independent of the number of people (bookable up to a maximum of 10 people). The minimum charge is € 725 per day.
