    3. Processing of your personal data

    3.1 Participation in the raffle
    In the course of participation in the raffle, we receive, process and store the personal data listed under point 3.3 in the event that you declare your participation in the raffle.

    3.2 Notification in the event of winning
    In order to send you the prize, we use the personal data listed under 3.3 in the event that you have won the raffle. The winners will be contacted by e-mail and notified of their prize.

    We collect the following personal data and process it in accordance with the GDPR

    4. Purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data
    We process your personal data for the following purposes and based on the following legal bases:
    (a) To participate in the raffle, if you give your consent to do so as part of the "Kieler Woche Spezial" raffle. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR.
    (b) To notify the winners, including sending the prizes. The legal basis for this is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR

    5. Minors
    Minors may not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of their legal guardians. Furthermore, we do not store any personal data of minors without the consent of their legal guardians. As part of the raffle, we do not process any personal data knowingly obtained from minors.

    6. Categories of recipients of the personal data

    Within our company, only those departments that need your data to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations will have access to it (to the extent necessary in each case).     10. Obligation to provide data
    You are not legally obliged to provide us with personal data as part of your participation in the raffle.
