Introducing H Rewards Meetings

H Rewards Meetings is the dedicated meetings and events extension of the H Rewards loyalty program.

It allows planners, corporate bookers and SME clients to earn H Rewards Points on qualifying meetings and event spend at participating hotels.

With H Rewards Meetings, members can now earn Points across the full spectrum of their relationship with our hotels: individual leisure stays, corporate travel and meetings and events. The program recognises the growing importance of planners and business bookers as strategic partners and rewards their total contribution.

To introduce this new extension, we have updated the H Rewards Terms and Conditions of Participation, including all elements relevant to H Rewards Meetings. Below you can check, in detail, all the program updates.

Complimentary Breakfast for Platinum Members

We are enhancing H Rewards to deliver greater consistency and value for our most loyal members. Platinum members will now enjoy complimentary breakfast across all Participating Hotels, in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions. This update strengthens the value of Platinum status across every stay.

The updated H Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. We have adjusted the notice period stated in our Terms and Conditions:

“The Company will give Members at least four (4) weeks’ notice before such changes take effect.”

This replaces the previous notice period of six (6) weeks.

2. Platinum members will now enjoy complimentary breakfast across all participating hotels
