We are happy to provide you with a blanket bowl set and a door hanger and allow us to charge €10 per day per four-legged friend as an additional cleaning fee. We ask you not to use the wellness & fitness area as well as the Danhauser salon and buffet with your four-legged friend and to put a muzzle on your four-legged friend in the lift, public areas and in the hotel corridors. Our hotel expects guests, residents and staff to treat each other with respect.
We reserve the right to exercise our right of owner in the event of non-observance of the night's rest or disrespectful treatment of other guests, employees or third parties.
Persons not booked at the hotel are only permitted to enter the rooms after prior notification or approval from reception. The hotel may refuse access. Persons not booked at the hotel are not permitted to stay between 22:00 h and 6:00 h.

Our underground station is ‘Margaretengürtel’ on the green U4 line. It is best to walk to the right of the main entrance onto the wide pavement on Margaretengürtel and cross Schönbrunnerstrasse after approx. 100 metres and then cross Bruno Kreisky Park for approx. 100 metres. From there you can already see the U4 underground station with its exit ‘Morizgasse’. The tram station of line 18 and line 6 is also 200 metres from the hotel.

What to do in the event of a fire

Our hotel is equipped with the latest fire safety regulations and technology. If a fire occurs, the fire department will automatically be informed. if you notice a fire, inform the front desk immediatley or press the nearest fire alarm. Please pay attention to the alarm sirens and leave the building via the marked escape routes and go to the designated assembly point. The escape routes are marked on the escape route plan in each room. Please do not try to use the lifts. Please remain calm and avoid panic.
