1. Conditions of participation

Participation in the competition "H REWARDS - Miles & More: Win 30x100,000 award miles" is subject to certain conditions. The prize draw is open to all H Rewards members who have successfully registered via the registration form and booked and completed a points eligible stay during the period 08/06/2023 to 31/07/2023. For the purposes of this competition, an eligible stay is one (1) stay of at least one (1) night made by the entrant at one of the participating hotels. The list of participating hotels can be found under point 7 of the conditions of participation. A booking must be made exclusively via the H Rewards website, at the hotel directly, via the reservation centre or the H Rewards App. Other distribution channels (travel agencies, tour operators, resellers, online travel agencies such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, etc.) are not eligible to enter the competition. Bookings made before 08/06/2023 for the above period are not eligible for entry into the competition.

2. Registration for the competition

The member will be directed from the offer email to the registration page of the competition by clicking on the button "Register for the competition". To complete the registration successfully, the member must:

a) Data to be entered in the form: First and last name, email address, H Rewards membership number. This personal data is used for the correct allocation to the member account and for the processing of the draw.

b) The checkbox "Yes, I have read the conditions of participation deposited here and would like to participate in the prize draw" must be activated by a mouse click with a tick.

c) The "CLOSE REGISTRATION" button must be clicked. After successful registration, the participant will receive a confirmation email about the registration.

3. Eligibility

Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 at the time of entry is eligible to enter. Employees of Steigenberger Hotels GmbH and its affiliated companies and the relatives of these employees are excluded from participation. Each participant can only take part once. The legal process is excluded.

4. Prize, notification and dispatch

The draw will take place after the end of the period mentioned above. The winner will be notified within 7 days. The winner will be contacted by e-mail and informed about the prize. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the notification e-mail (acceptance period) and provide his/her Miles & More membership number. If this is not done or not done within the acceptance period, the prize will be forfeited. The requirement for a declaration of acceptance within the acceptance period and the forfeiture of the prize in the event of non-confirmation or unsuccessful expiry of the acceptance period will be expressly pointed out in the notification e-mail. Miles & More award miles can only be redeemed by the winner within the stated period of validity. The General Terms and Conditions of Miles & More GmbH, MAC Main Airport Center, Unterschweinstiege 8, 60549 Frankfurt/Main apply. Cash payment of Miles & More award miles is not possible.

5. Data processing within the framework of the competition

The organiser processes the following personal data of the participants for the purpose of the competition: First and last name, e-mail address, H Rewards membership number. By voluntarily participating, each participant agrees to this data processing for the purpose of conducting the competition and contacting the winner. Consent to the use of personal data for the purpose of participating in the prize draw can be revoked at any time by sending an e-mail to membership@global.hrewards.com. All data will be deleted after the prize draw has been carried out.
