Tradition is lived here! Once a branch of the first bank in Constance, founded in 1786 by the banker family Macaire and until 1924 lovingly redesigned and furnished by the Swiss hotelier Matthys Brunner and his wife Rosaly as the Dominikaner Stube.
Not only the special interior, but also the food offered here wonderfully reflect the alpine coziness and hospitality. Equipped with intricately designed coffered walls and a ceiling made of pine wood, large wooden tables, cozy corner benches and the original farm chairs, the Dominikaner Stube offers the perfect environment for regional as well as traditional alpine cuisine.
Enjoy regional specialties such as onion roast or calf's liver in monastery style - served in a very classic way.
