Relaxation for body, mind and spirit: Get back in form in the 250 sqm fitness and wellness area on the fifth floor. Enjoy the amenities of the bio-sauna and the Finnish sauna. There is a separate area for women. Treat yourself to a thorough massage or get your body trim on modern fitness machines. You can also use the extensive Bürgerpark or the nearby BürgerBadePark public pool for your personal fitness program. On our rental bikes you can explore the city and the surrounding area and at the same time do something good for your health.

Fitness area

After the work-out, the next item on the agenda is relaxation. After your fitness program, you can enjoy the wonderful view from the terrace over the Bürgerpark.

Endurance athletes such as marathon runners or triathletes will find ideal conditions in the Bürgerpark. We can offer our guests favorable terms and conditions for the adjacent BürgerBadePark, including indoor and outdoor pools, rehab center and physiotherapy department. Tickets can be obtained from reception.

Sun terraces in the wellness area

After a workout, a trim session and a visit to the sauna, you can enjoy the view over the treetops of Braunschweig's Bürgerpark from the roof terraces of the fitness area and the sauna area. Here you will find an ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries, for a little sunbath with your favorite book, for yoga or for your morning gymnastics.
