On the sixth floor of the <a href="/steiger-hotel-bremen">Steigenberger Hotel Bremen</a> around 200 m² are reserved for fitness and wellness. There you can experience relaxation in the steam bath, the bio sauna or the Finnish sauna. Experience showers and a relaxation room ensure you can cool down afterwards.
You can also work out in the fitness room with a wonderful view over Bremen.

If you are seeking warmth and relaxation, the SPA Comfort on the seventh floor is the right place for you. Modern exercise equipment and discreet furnishings. In good weather you can jog, walk or cycle along the Weser, which passes right outside the door of the hotel.
