Long meetings and conferences demand sustained focus. Our Active Break offers participants a refreshing pause to recharge, release tension and return to the program with renewed energy. In a guided 15–30 minute session, simple movement and relaxation exercises help improve circulation, ease stiffness and clear the mind. The session takes place directly in the meeting room – on or next to the chair – and requires no sportswear or special equipment.
Offered in exclusive cooperation with** Barre Studios Leipzig**, this unique format brings professional trainers and a modern approach to movement into your event, creating a memorable highlight that enhances well-being, focus and engagement throughout the day.
