Dinner Dress Code
To maintain a 5-star dining experience with national and international flair; a smart dress code is required for dinner in all restaurants at Steigenberger Resort Alaya. We ask you to observe the following dress code:
Breakfast & Lunchtime:
Gentlemen: T-shirts, polo shirts, shorts along with appropriate footwear. Swimwear is to be dry and covered for breakfast & lunchtime in Sultana, Negma Snack Bar & Mashawi Beach Restaurant.
Ladies: We ask to ensure that the midriff area is covered and not exposed. Furthermore, swimwear has to be dry and completely covered when eating in Sultana Main Restaurant, Negma Snack Bar & Mashawi Beach Restaurant. No barefoot for all guests during breakfast & lunch.
Dinnertime:
Gentlemen: there is a strict dress code in the evening at all restaurants. Gentlemen are to wear long formal trousers with appropriate footwear. No flip-flops or sandals, muscle/vest tops or shorts of any length.
Ladies: It is compulsory not to wear hot pants and items exposing the midriff area during dinner. Suitable attire-dresses, skirts, trousers, blouses and shirts.
The dress code is compulsory when dining at Steigenberger Alaya. The resort reserves the right to refuse guest entry into the named restaurants if the dress code is not adhered to and the hotel deems you unsuitable dressed.
