Enhancements to Your H Rewards Membership

Thank you for being a valued H Rewards member. We are excited to introduce a number of enhancements to H Rewards, launching on 1 July 2026, designed to give you greater value and even more ways to benefit from your membership.

Introducing H Rewards Meetings

H Rewards Meetings is the dedicated meetings and events extension of the H Rewards loyalty program. It enables planners, corporate bookers and SME clients to earn H Rewards Points on qualifying meetings and event spend at participating hotels.

With H Rewards Meetings, members can now earn Points across every part of their relationship with our hotels, from individual leisure stays and business travel to meetings and events. The program recognises the important role planners and business bookers play and rewards their overall contribution.

As part of the launch of H Rewards Meetings, we have updated the H Rewards Terms and Conditions of Participation to include all relevant elements of the new offering. A dedicated H Rewards Meetings section has now been added to the Terms and Conditions.

Complimentary Breakfast for Platinum Members

We are enhancing H Rewards to deliver greater consistency and value for our most loyal members. From 1 July 2026, Platinum members will now enjoy complimentary breakfast across all Participating Hotels, in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions. This update strengthens the value of Platinum status across every stay.

Additional Updates

We have adjusted the notice period stated in our Terms and Conditions:

“The Company will give Members at least four (4) weeks’ notice before such changes take effect.”

This replaces the previous notice period of six (6) weeks.
