Bistro & Bar Waterfront is a popular meeting place for islanders and vacationers. Enjoy fresh bistro meals and homemade pastry at our maritime promenade bistro. The large, bright interior is reminiscent of a seaside villa for the ultimate vacation feeling. Relax on large beach chairs and cushions on the terrace surrounded by lush greenery. In the summer, we have barbecues with grilled specialties and a friendly, casual atmosphere. Stop in at our ice cream stand for sweet treats between meals.

The comfortable Delbrück Bar & Lounge is a lively café with fresh cakes from our patisserie. Soak up the summer sun on the terrace or warm up on a cool day by the fireplace in the adjoining library. In the evening, Delbrück Bar & Lounge transforms into a chic piano bar with an extensive selection of wines, liquors and cocktails. Cigar aficionados can smoke in style in the separate Davidoff Smoker Lounge.

Delbrück Bar & Lounge offers fresh treats as the perfect accompaniment to a Störtebeker Pilsener or a glass of wine. You are guaranteed to find your favorite drink among all our spirits.

Spa Bistro Hiiumaa

In the Hiiumaa Spa Lounge in the 2,000 sqm Baltic Sea Grand Spa Usedom, we have been pampering our guests with light cuisine and vitalizing drinks since the hotel opened. In summer 2016, the spacious, sun-protected south terrace was fitted with new lounge furniture to perfect the feel-good experience for house guests. In addition, the interior of the Spa Lounge was also completely renewed. Modern chaise longues, designer armchairs as well as a steam fireplace form the new look of the lounge.

In the new design, Hiiumaa forms our culinary centerpiece in the middle of the spacious spa area.
