Cancellations and changes of booked treatment appointments are accepted free of charge up to 4 hours before the start of the treatment. Cancellations within the 4 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the agreed treatment price.

What is the minimum age to visit THE SPA?

Admission to THE SPA at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof is only permitted for children under 16 years of age when accompanied by an adult.

Care must be taken to ensure that children behave considerately towards other guests.

How much time should be allowed for a visit and what if I arrive late?

Accepted Answer

It is recommended to arrive at THE SPA in the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof 30 minutes before the start of the booked treatment appointment in order to be able to enjoy the thermal area in a relaxed manner.

Late arrival
Out of consideration for other guests, an extension of the booked treatment appointment is unfortunately not possible in case of late arrival.

When booking the spa appointment and at the beginning of the treatment, it is requested to indicate and inform about health impairments, allergies or injuries that could affect the booked treatment.

Is the use of cell phones or cameras allowed at THE SPA?

Accepted Answer

As a place of rest and relaxation and with respect for the privacy of the guests, it is requested to refrain from the use of cell phones and cameras during the visit of the thermal area at THE SPA in the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof.

Where can personal items be stored?

Accepted Answer

Guests of THE SPA at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof are advised to keep their valuables locked in their lockable cabinet at THE SPA at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof. Except in cases of intent and gross negligence, THE SPA im Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof is not liable for loss of or damage to guests' valuables or personal belongings.
