You can collect points at all H World International hotels that can be booked via www.hrewards.com. This includes, for example, hotels of the brands Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts, MAXX by Steigenberger, Jaz in the City, IntercityHotel and Zleep Hotels.

After your stay you will receive an email with your current points balance. The balance will also be displayed in your H Rewards account.

Is it possible to earn points without a stay?

Yes, this is possible. For example, when you eat in one of our restaurants, you can earn points even without being a registered guest. Just contact the reception and your points will be credited. For every euro of turnover you will receive 8 points.

How many points can I earn for my stay?

The number of points you receive depends on the total amount of the bill. Both the room rate, expenses in the restaurant and bar, room service, minibar, etc. are taken into account here.

Yes, if you book, for example, through a third-party provider (e.g. HRS, Expedia, Hotels.com) or a tour operator, neither the points nor the nights are counted for H Rewards.

Yes, if you travel with your family, for example, and you book additional rooms, you will be credited the points for your own room and a maximum of two additional rooms. If one of your fellow travelers is also a H Rewards member, only one can earn points.

You can then earn points if you are also a registered guest at the hotel and the other guest does not earn points or miles.

No, this is not possible. When you check out, you must decide whether you want to earn points or miles. Only one credit is possible per stay.
