What status levels can I reach?

There are 6 different status levels that you can reach. When you sign up, you start as a Star member. Depending on how much revenue or how many countable nights have been recorded within a year, your status will be upgraded. So it is possible to reach the highest status, Diamond status, in a few years.

What are the requirements for the different status levels?

The requirements to hold a status or to move up are different. But for all levels there is a turnover value or a sum of qualifying nights that you must reach.

How can I maintain my status?

If you achieve the prerequisites within a year, you will hold the status level.

How can I reach the next higher status?

If you achieve the requirements for the higher status within one year, you will advance to the next higher level.

From what point is the new status counted?

Accepted Answer

The cut-off date is the day you have met the requirements for the new status. From here you have 1 year to collect nights and revenue. Excluded is the Star-level. Here the registration is the only requirement and it is valid indefinitely.

I am a member with Platinum status. What happens if I don't manage to reach the 3.000€ turnover in one year?

In this case you will be downgraded to the next lower level. But you will then have 12 months as a member with Gold status to fulfill the requirements and move up again.

How long is the status valid?

Accepted Answer

The Star status is valid indefinitely. All other status levels have a validity of 12 months.
