General Program Conditions of Staysmart by H Rewards

The Staysmart by H Rewards Program is offered and operated by Steigenberger Hotels GmbH, Lyoner Straße 25, 60528 Frankfurt, Germany. The Staysmart Program is designed for companies with low to medium business travel volumes that do not have a fixed contract with Steigenberger Hotels GmbH. It grants a 10% discount on the flexible rate for all bookings made at any hotel under the umbrella of H World International.

By registering for Staysmart by H Rewards, you agree to the program's terms and conditions as well as the associated benefits and policies provided to you. Updates and/or Changes to Our Program Conditions:

These terms and conditions supersede all previous terms regarding the Staysmart by H Rewards Program and membership between you and the company.

1. Registration
Registration for the Staysmart by H Rewards Program is free and available to individuals and corporate representatives. To join the Staysmart by H Rewards Program, members must register with the following information: full name, email address, phone number, company name, VAT identification number, address, website, and company’s country of operation. Members may not have duplicate accounts within the Staysmart by H Rewards Program at any time. Duplicate registrations will be verified through email addresses. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the Staysmart by H Rewards terms and conditions to be aware of their rights and obligations.

2. Membership Benefits and Booking
Staysmart by H Rewards Program members receive a 10% discount on the flexible rate and also benefit from the advantages of the H Rewards Program. The discount applies exclusively to business bookings. Discounts from Staysmart by H Rewards and H Rewards are not cumulative; instead, the higher discount applies. To book the Staysmart H Rewards rate, members must be part of the H Rewards Program and log in to view available rates. Bookings must be made using the Staysmart by H Rewards booking code.

3. Termination
The membership validity begins upon registration for Staysmart by H Rewards and ends when either the member or Steigenberger Hotels GmbH terminates the membership, which can happen at any time.

4. Program Changes
The program organizer (Steigenberger) may modify or terminate the program at any time.

5. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding international private law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
